Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

There is a $5 flat rate shipping fee.  Orders over $75 recieve free shipping!

 

RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned within 14 days of when the customer receives their package for store credit only, excluding shipping cost.  Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receiving your package. If a return is received after this period, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  No exceptions.

All seasonal items, gift items, home items, paper products, accessories, and sale items are final sale.  No exceptions.

Items must be returned unworn and unaltered with original tags attached.  Items must have no odor, no pet hair, no stains, and no signs of wear and tear.

If a damaged item is received, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving your merchandise or it cannot be returned. No exceptions.

Store credit will be given once the return has been received and processed.  Please allow 5-8 business days for your return to be processed!  Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from the date of being issued.  No exceptions.

If you wish to return an item, all shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.  Please mail your return to:

Please retain a tracking number and keep up with it so that you can refer back to it if needed.  We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in the mail.

Please include your packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your order information on it.
